The Fox and the Horse

• a farmer had a horse
• it was a great horse but was too old now
• the farmer want him gone until the horse could be as strong as a lion
• the horse wandered off seeking shelter
• he met a fox
• the fox asks him whats wrong
• the horse tells him his very sad story
• the fox says that he can help him
• the fox tells the horse to stay still and lay down stiff
• the fox goes and finds a lion
• he tells the lion that the horse is dead and can eat him
• the fox tricks the lion and ties him up instead
• he ties the lion to the horse and sends the horse to his masters house
• the farmer then agrees that the horse can stay since he caught a lion
• the horse lived happily until he died
